4. Washers can accept laundry orders—typically involving a single bag—and update the order status accordingly, indicating whether the order has been accepted or is pending.

5. Users have the capability to create new laundry requests, cancel existing ones, and monitor the current status of their laundry items.

6. Washers can prioritize, accept, or delete orders and update the laundry processing status at various stages.

7. When users opt to provide their own detergent for washing or dry cleaning, the total charge is adjusted accordingly, reflecting the reduced cost on the final bill.
